A place for things made slowly.
Needle & Hook is a crochet space in Doha. Part shop, part yarn store, part classroom, it is somewhere to find a handmade gift, choose yarn for your next project, or sit down and learn the craft yourself.
Handmade craftsmanship
One hook, one strand, thousands of loops.
Crochet is one of the few textile crafts that cannot be reproduced by machine. Every doll, petal and blanket on our shelves was built up loop by loop in someone’s hands.
That is why no two pieces are quite the same. A smile sits a little differently, a petal curls its own way. We think that is the best part.
A creative community
Making is better together.
Some people come for a gift and leave with a hook. Our classes welcome complete beginners, and the yarn wall is there for anyone with a project on the go.
Whether you are starting your first chain or finishing your fiftieth blanket, you are welcome to pull up a chair.
